glass + mos₂ filled PTFE

Glass + MoS₂ Filled PTFE is a reinforced PTFE composite made by adding glass fibers (15–25%) and molybdenum disulfide (5–15%) to the PTFE base. Glass fibers increase compressive strength, while MoS₂ acts as a solid lubricant, lowering the coefficient of friction and enhancing wear life.

The result is a composite ideal for use in high-load, low-speed or oscillating applications, especially where lubricants are limited or not allowed.
